What's included

Commercial scope, delivered.

Commercial plumbing is its own world. The fixtures are bigger, the loads are heavier, the codes are stricter, and the cost of getting it wrong is measured in lost revenue. Kiley brings residential standards of cleanliness and craftsmanship to commercial-scale work, with the union experience to know when to call in an extra crew.

Our commercial portfolio includes Jack's Abby Craft Lagers, restaurant build-outs, brewery systems, and retail and office spaces across Metrowest. Typical commercial work spans backflow testing coordination, grease trap installs, three-bay sink and hand-wash layouts, mop-sink and floor-drain plumbing, and large-volume water heater installs.

FAQ

Commercial FAQ.

Do you handle restaurant build-outs?
Yes. We've roughed-in and finished kitchens for multiple Metrowest restaurants — three-bay sinks, grease-trap tie-ins, dishwasher booster heaters, hand sinks per code, mop sinks, and ice maker hookups. Health-department layouts are second nature.
Have you done brewery work?
Yes. We've worked with Jack's Abby Craft Lagers in Framingham among others. Brewery plumbing is its own discipline — sanitary process piping, trench drains, large-volume CIP wash-down, and high-temp service to brewhouses.
Can you respond to commercial emergencies?
Yes. We prioritize commercial accounts during business hours (Mon–Sat 7am–5pm) and aim for same-day response on most calls. We stock fittings, valves, and parts that match common commercial systems.
Do you work union or non-union?
Bob has decades of union commercial experience and we work both union and merit-shop projects depending on scope. Tell us the project, we'll tell you what fits.
Do you handle backflow testing and grease traps?
Backflow testing is required annually on most commercial systems in Massachusetts; we coordinate with certified testers. Grease trap install, sizing, and replacement are part of our restaurant work.
