Building from the ground up. Kiley is the plumbing sub on custom homes, additions, and major builds across Metrowest — full underground, full DWV, full supply, full gas, full finish. Plan markup to final inspection, with a closing-ready permit folder at the end. (Working on an existing home? See remodels & renovations.)
A new build is the only chance you get to put plumbing exactly where it should be. Wrong dimensions on a closet bend, a poorly vented branch line, a tub that doesn't fit because the framer guessed — those mistakes are 10x harder to fix after drywall. Kiley starts at the plan stage, marks up the architectural drawings with our rough-in dimensions, and ensures everything ties together before the framers leave.
We handle the full plumbing scope on a custom home: building drain in or under-slab, complete DWV with proper venting and cleanouts, supply lines (PEX manifold or copper, per your spec), gas service distribution, water heater install, plumbed-in radiant heat loops, and finish-set on every fixture from kitchen sink to powder room.
We coordinate with your GC, electrician, HVAC, and well/septic contractors. Permits and inspections in your town are pulled, documented, and signed off — you get a clean folder for closing.
We review architectural drawings, mark fixtures, and identify any issues with the layout before framing.
Building drain, DWV, supply, gas. Pressure-test before backfill or drywall. Inspector signs off rough.
Once cabinets and tile are set, we install fixtures, water heater, and connect appliances.
Final inspection, documentation, walkthrough with the homeowner, signed-off permit folder.
