We respond same-day across Metrowest Massachusetts — Holliston, Framingham, Natick, Sherborn, Millis, Medway, and the surrounding towns — during business hours (Mon–Sat 7am–5pm) to stop the damage, repair the failure, and leave you with a system you can trust again.

Most emergency calls are diagnosed and stabilized on the first visit. If a part needs ordering, we cap the failure, restore safe water service to the rest of the house, and return promptly with the right parts. We carry the tools and stock for the most common Metrowest emergencies — copper and PEX repairs, common shut-off valves, water heater service parts, gas-rated fittings, and drain machines.

Bob and Bobby Kiley are both on the call. You will not get a junior tech learning on the job — you get an experienced plumber who has seen this kind of failure many times before.

What counts as a plumbing emergency?
Anything causing active water damage, loss of essential service, or a safety hazard: burst pipes, supply-line failures, sewer backups, total loss of hot water in winter, gas smell, or a flooding basement. If you're unsure, call us — we will help you decide.
What hours can I reach you for an emergency?
We answer the phone Monday through Saturday, 7am to 5pm. If you call during business hours we aim to get to most Metrowest emergencies the same day. Outside those hours we are not currently dispatching — please call your local utility or 911 for immediate safety hazards (gas leaks, flooding) and reach us at the start of the next business day.
Should I shut off the water before you arrive?
Yes. If you can safely get to the main shut-off (usually near the water meter in the basement), close it. Then turn on a low faucet to relieve pressure. We will walk you through it on the phone if you're not sure.
Do you handle frozen pipe emergencies in winter?
Yes. Frozen and burst pipes are one of the most common winter calls in Metrowest, especially in older Holliston, Sherborn, and Wayland homes. Call as soon as you discover the issue and we will get to you the same day during business hours when possible.
Can you handle a sewer line backup?
Yes. We diagnose, snake, and where needed coordinate inspection of the main sewer line. Backups are urgent because waste water can damage flooring and drywall — call right away during business hours.
